Appellant was convicted of attempted first-degree murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery. He raises two issues in this direct appeal, only one of which merits discussion: whether the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal on all counts. We affirm this issue for the reasons that follow, and we affirm the other issue without discussion.
