This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff Westfield Insurance Company (‘Westfield”), on March 31, 2016 (DE # 64). For the reasons set forth below, Westfield’s Motion for Summary Judgment (DE # 64) is GRANTED.
