OPINION OF THE COURT
HECKER, Judge:
A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of indecent liberty with a child, by engaging in indecent conduct on divers occasions in the physical presence of a child, in violation of Article 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 920 and, pursuant to his pleas, of wrongfully and knowingly possessing video files of child pornography, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934. The adjudged sentence consisted of a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 32 months, and reduction to the grade of E-l.…
