Appeals by defendant from (1) a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), rendered August 30, 1983, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence, and (2) an amended judgment of the same court (Collins, J.), also rendered August 30, 1983, convicting him of a violation of the conditions of his *946probation, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
