SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

The Speer Hardware Company, a corporation, sued W. A. Lamon and J. W. Wallace for the purchase price of a cotton gin and other machinery and recovered a judgment of $8,073.82 on April 2, 1906, in the United States Court for the Western District of the Indian Territory. The defendants sued out a writ of error from the United States Court of Appeals in the Indian Territory to rev.erse this judgment and gave a supersedeas bond dated September 29, 1906, with A. C. Miller, Fred Walker, B. A. Brunson, John W. G-ibson, and William C. Edwards as sureties. The United States…
