This case is before us upon writ of error to the Circuit Court of Cook county. On April 5, 1906, plaintiff in error, complainant in the court below, filed a hill to set aside a certain consent decree upon the ground that it had been fraudulently procured by defendant.

It appears from the documentary evidence offered that the conveyances set up in the answers of William B. Wilson and Frederick A. Weil were made in the order set forth in their answers. It further appears that the purchase of the Dearborn street and Armour avenue property from Louise Bobertson was in fact made by L. F. Minzesheimer and Mason B. Starring, and that the title was taken by them for convenience in the name of Frederick A. Weil; that Minzesheimer and Starring purchased the property in good faith and gave for the conveyance…
