In 1856 one Stephen A. Hubbel owned 14.06 acres of land lying between the Eond du Lac road on the north, and the Lisbon plank road on the south, and the sec*288tion line on the east, and the land of the plaintiff on the west, and built a fence on what was supposed to be the west line of bis tract, and the east line of the land of the plaintiff.
