*387 MEMORANDUM ORDER

J. MATTHEW MARTIN, Judge.

This matter came on for hearing before the undersigned Cherokee Court Judge on April 26, 2010, during the regularly scheduled session of Cherokee Juvenile Court, on the Juvenile’s Motion to Dismiss the Juvenile Petition. The Juvenile argues the Petition does not comport with the requirements of C.C. § 7A-8, which in turn creates a jurisdictional defect which deprives the Court of subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate the Juvenile’s case.
