Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from so much of a sentence of the County Court, Suffolk County (Namm, J.), rendered February 6, 1985, as, upon his conviction, inter alia, of two counts of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, imposed concurrent indeterminate terms of 22 Vz years to life imprisonment.

Ordered that the sentence is modified, on the law, by reducing the terms of imprisonment imposed upon the counts of murder in the second degree to concurrent indeterminate terms of 17 Vz years to life imprisonment; as so modified, the sentence is affirmed insofar…
