Bellah (Mother) seeks review of the trial court’s order granting the motion to dismiss of Defendant/Appellee Terry Don Bellah (Father) in Mother’s action to terminate Father’s parental rights to the parties’ two minor children for failure to pay child support for more than one year preceding the filing of the petition.
