ROETH, PRESIDING JUSTICE.

This case involves a schism in the membership of the First Baptist Church of Normal, Illinois. Plaintiffs are a minority group of members who are currently holding church services in a building separate and apart from the regular church edifice. Defendants are a majority group of members who are in possession of the church property and are holding services therein. Plaintiffs seek to be declared to he the owners and entitled to the possession and control of the church property to the exclusion of defendants.
