Appeal from a judgment of the Niagara County Court (Sara S. Sperrazza, J.), rendered April 27, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of kidnapping in the second degree and assault in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

*1361Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of kidnapping in the second degree (Penal Law § 135.20) and assault in the first degree (§ 120.10 [1]). Contrary to the contention of defendant in his main brief, his waiver of the right to appeal is valid.…
