*104 MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVIDSON, District Judge.
This is a six-year-old products liability case which has come before the district court for a second trip. In March of 1991, this case was tried before the undersigned, and the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants. Post trial motio'ns for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or alternatively for a new trial, were denied by the undersigned on April 30, 1991.
