The defendant, Prudential Insurance Company of, America, moves this court to permit it to pay into court the sum of $3,120, the amount which it claims to hold *513as a stakeholder subject to the conflicting claims of the plaintiffs herein. The defendant also moves for an order appointing a special guardian to represent the interests of unknown persons who may be beneficially entitled under the designation of “Henry E.
