AVIS, District Judge.

The United States of America filed a libel against the motorboat K-19294, alleging four causes of forfeiture. ■(1) That on November 7, 1928, there was unladened, transshipped to, placed in, and received on, the said motorboat, 300 cases of intoxicating liquox-, and that by x-eason thereof the said motorboat is subject to forfeiture under the provisions of section 594 of the Tariff Act of 1922 (19 USCA § 498).
