In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to confirm an arbitration award dated November 22, 2011, Tamara Pewzner and Ruben Elberg appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Baynes, J.), entered July 2, 2013, as granted the petition and denied that branch of their motion which was to compel the petitioners to return to arbitration.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the facts, by deleting the provision thereof awarding the petitioners $200 per day for the period between November 22, 2011, and February 21, 2013, for a total sum of…
