Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment convicting the appellant, Fred Hurt, of seduction under promise of marriage and fixing his punishment at imprisonment for two years.

According to the evidence of the prosecuting witness, Clarice Harper, she and the appellant had been “keeping company” for about two years and in May or June, 1932, had become engaged.
