This appeal is from a summary judgment entered March 1, 1978, which dismissed a claim for personal injuries by a non-resident motorist and his wife, arising out of a collision on November 26, 1976. Appellants were residents of Booneville, Indiana, had Indiana motor vehicle operator’s licenses and were owners of two motor vehicles registered in Indiana. Appellants had motor vehicle insurance through Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in the state of Indiana.
