Petitioner Muhammad Butt, who intends to seek adjustment of status if and when an employment-based immigrant visa becomes available to him, seeks review of a June 9, 2005, decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming a January 9, 2004, decision of the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) denying Butt’s application for a continuance of his removal proceeding and ordering him removed.
