MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
Subject matter jurisdiction in this action is founded on diversity of citizenship under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Proper venue is founded on 28 U.S.C. § 1391(c). Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained while on the premises of defendant’s hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Defendant denies these claims and moves for an order transferring this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as a more convenient forum pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
