Henderson sued the Central Railroad and Banking Company for an injury sustained by him by falling into a pit, after he was put off the cars, by his request, at a station on the road, where passengers were not put off at night. *717He was traveling as agent of the company, by virtue of a ticket'or pass given him, and used by him as such agent. He was put off the car at the depot, where no regular agent was appointed, and where alone he had ever acted as an agent for the company.
