In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel respondent to credit petitioner with certain jail time, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered March 11, 1977, which denied his application. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Petitioner was arrested in Westchester County on May 7, 1973 and placed in the county jail.
