MOFFAT, Justice.
This is a possessory action under the forcible entry and detainer statute. The property in question is commonly known as the I. H. L. Ranch of about 1,200' acres, located in Snake Valley in Western Millard county, Utah, a short distance from the town of Garrison. The evidence is free from conflict. The findings of fact are not questioned. The plaintiffs had been' in possession of the ranch during the preceding year.
