OPINION

SCHULTE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at fifty years imprisonment. We affirm.

Ground of Error No. One asserts that the evidence is insufficient to establish that the Appellant caused the death of the alleged victim, Irineo Duran, Jr. The argument is predicated upon a characterization of the case as one relying upon circumstantial evidence, necessitating a more stringent standard of appellate review.
