Providence, LLC (“NP”) from the Bankruptcy Court’s September 26, 2011 bench ruling, (AP Doc. 14),1 and its March 8, 2012 and June 21, 2013 Orders (AP Docs. 18, 36) (collectively, the “Order”), granting the motion for summary judgment of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. (“A & P”), and denying NP’s motion for summary judgment in an adversary proceeding commenced by NP.
