LYONS, Justice.

Volvo Trucks North America, Inc. (“Volvo Trucks”), appeals from an arbitration award entered against it in favor of Dolphin Line, Inc. (“Dolphin”). We affirm.

Factual Background and Procedural History

In April 2006, Dolphin sued Volvo Trucks, Volvo Group North America, Inc. (“Volvo Group”), and Kenworth of Mobile, Inc., d/b/a Volvo Trucks of Mobile (“Ken-worth”), in the Mobile Circuit Court.
