2Per curiam
Following trial in the Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands awarding a verdict in favor of Joseph Bradford (“Bradford” or “appellee”) in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), Thomas Hyll Funeral Home, Inc. (“Funeral Home” or “appellant”) filed a motion for new trial or, alternatively, for remittitur of the judgment and damage award. The Funeral Home now appeals the ruling of the Territorial Court denying its motion, and raises two issues to be determined by this Court:(1) Whether the trial court abused its discretion by failing to vacate the judgment entered…
