PITTMAN, District Judge.

The plaintiffs filed their complaint April 10, 1967, in this court, alleging they were members in good standing of Local #653 of the International Union of Operating Engineers (hereinafter referred to as Local), Mobile, Alabama. The other defendant is the International Union of Operating Engineers (hereinafter referred to as International), with its main offices in Washington, D.C., and of which the Local is an affiliated local labor orgnization.
