WHITE, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Marcus Blalock appeals the district court’s denial of his petition for a federal writ of habeas corpus. An Ohio state court convicted Blalock of aggravated murder with a firearms specification, kid-naping with a firearms specification, aggravated robbery with a firearms specification, and having a weapon while under disability. Blalock appealed and collaterally challenged his conviction within the state system.
