In an action on the case appellee recovered a judgment against appellant for the sum of $2,571 for personal injuries received by her resulting from an automobile accident.
Appellee, a woman 51 years of age at the time of the accident, resided at Calata, a small village in the State of Montana where her husband was the station agent for the Creat Northern R. R. Co. Before the accident she and her husband had driven in an automobile from their home in Montana to Mount Vernon, Illinois, to attend the wedding of their son at that place.
