STANLEY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs, Negro citizens, suing on behalf of themselves and other Negro physicians, dentists and patients similarly situated, seek injunctive and declaratory relief, alleging that the defendants have discriminated against them because of their race, in violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. The relief sought is an injunction restraining the defendants from continuing to deny the admission of physicians and dentists to hospital staff privileges, and the admission of patients to hospital facilities, on the basis of race.…
