Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Board of Education of the Kingston City Schools (Consolidated), dated June 30, 1975, terminating petitioner’s employment as a typist. Petitioner, a civil servant, was employed in the Kingston City Schools (Consolidated) (hereinafter school district) as a typist in the office of the dean of girls.
