The underlying lawsuit concerns the efforts of Plaintiff, Pyramid Company of Holyoke (“Pyramid”), to enforce the terms of a Letter of Intent with Defendants HomePlace Stores Two, Inc., and HomePlace Holdings, Inc., (collectively “HomePlace”), to lease a retail facility located within the Holyoke Mall.
