This is an action by M. Karam & Sons Mercantile Company, a corporation, lessor, against its tenant, F. P. Serrano, and N. S. Klink, sublessee, and Katherine Klink, his wife, to recover possession of leased premises, on the ground that they have breached a certain provision or provisions of the lease. The record discloses no reason for making Katherine Klink a party except that she is the wife of N. S. Klink. The case was tried to a jnry, and the jury, after hearing the evidence and the court’s instructions, rendered its verdict in favor of the defendants. Judgment was duly entered thereon,…
