By this suit the plaintiff seeks to obtain the cancellation of a mortgage held by the county of Tillamook against certain lands situate in Washington County. The mortgage was given by plaintiff’s grantors to secure the payment of a promissory note for $120 given by said grantors on August 4, 1919, and payable to the order of Tillamook County. The defendant county answered praying for a foreclosure of its mortgage.
