This is a proceeding to review by certiorari an assessment made by the assessors of the town of Oswego on the 15th day of September, 1910, assessing the almshouse property of the city of Oswego, which is situated without the city limits and within the town *179of Oswego. The property assessed consists of about 137 acres of land with buildings thereon and was assessed at $25,000.
