Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Coutant, J.), entered March 29, 1993 in Broome County, which, inter alia, partially granted defendant Barry Shaw’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff Lori A. Wahila (hereinafter plaintiff) seeks to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of defendants’ medical/dental malpractice.
