ORDER

DiCLERICO, Chief Judge.

The plaintiffs, Richard A. Gilbert and Marjorie J. Gilbert, brought a six count action against the defendant, Essex Group, Inc., The plaintiffs alleged wrongful discharge, breach of contract, deceit, negligence, age discrimination, and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress. 1 Pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), the defendant moves to dismiss (document no. 14). 2 For the following reasons, the court grants in part the defendant's motion to dismiss.
