This is a patent infringement action brought by the developer and patentholder of a soy ink art medium against a corporation that produces ink products. Prior to initiation of the patentholder’s suit in this court, the corporation filed a declaratory judgment action embodying identical claims in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
