Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Relihan, Jr., J.), entered July 1, 1999 in Tioga County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability on his Labor Law § 240 (1) cause of action.
Following a workplace accident, plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for his injuries, alleging causes of action based on negligence and Labor Law §§ 200, 240 (1) and § 241 (6).
