Respondents, Ramona McElfresh and Jack McElfresh, appeal a decree of the circuit court of Ford County entered December 9, 1980, terminating their parental rights to Monica Dragoo and Dwight Eugene Dragoo, their minor children, and appointing a guardian with power to consent to the adoption of the children.
