WILCOX, Judge:
This case raises the question of the jurisdiction of this Court to address the treatment of prisoners in post-trial confinement as part of a sentence appropriateness evaluation conducted pursuant to Article 66(c), UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 866(c).
In accordance with the appellant’s pleas, a military judge found the appellant guilty of one specification of an attempted indecent act and four specifications of indecent acts in violation of Articles 80 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 934.
