This action begun by bill in chancery was brought by the district attorney-general of Shelby county in the name of the State, upon the relation of private individuals, to bring the defendant bank and trust company, as trustees of a fund intrusted to their care by the will of William L. Graham, deceased, to account for the management and disposition of said funds, alleging that said funds were given in trust for a charitable purpose, and alleging that the trustees were not devoting said funds for the benefit of those…
