Certiorari to review an order of the superior court of Clarke county in condemnation proceedings. The Portland & Seattle Railway Company brought an action in the superior court of Clarke county to condemn certain described parcels of land, alleged to be necessary for the construction of its main line of railway down the north shore of the Columbia river. The Columbia Valley Railroad Company, the relator herein, and others, were made parties defendant.
