In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Douglass, J.), dated December 17, 2003, *510as denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 511 to change the venue of the action from Kings County to Orange County.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
