MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES E. YACOS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding came on for hearing before the Court on March 6, 1992 regarding the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on plaintiff’s complaint for a determination of the dischargeability of certain debts and obligations owing by the defendant-debtor and relating to a certain divorce proceeding that culminated in a decree of divorce entered by the Hillsbor-ough County Superior Court, State of New Hampshire, on February 10, 1988. 1 The precise issue before the Court is whether a debt obligation imposed by the Divorce Decree…
