MEMORANDUM OPINION
TERRENCE L. MICHAEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to the Debtor’s Objection to Proof of Claim of Thomas Abboud filed by Larry L. Abboud (the “Objection”) on September 1, 1998. An evidentiary hearing in the matter was held on February 11, 1999. At the hearing, the Court heard testimony and received evidence. James A. Conrady appeared as attorney for Larry L.
