These disciplinary matters arose from the conduct of Derric Crowther (State Bar No. 198838) in two separate cases. The matters are currently before the Court on the report and recommendation of the State Disciplinary Review Board (“Review Board”), which reviewed the report and recommendation of Special Master Jo Carol Nesset-Sale at the request of Crowther pursuant to Bar Rules 4-214 and 4-216.
