— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Pergament Home Centers, Inc. and Pergament Distributors, Inc. appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), entered September 30, 1987, which, upon an order of the same court dated September 1, 1987, granting the plaintiff’s motion for leave to enter a judgment on a stipulation of settlement, is against them in the principal sum of $19,000.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, the order is vacated, and the motion is denied.
