In this civil appeal, Plaintiffs-Appellants seek review of the trial court's February 15, 2018 judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees, dismissing Plaintiffs-Appellants' claims. On appeal, Plaintiffs-Appellants argue that the trial erred in granting summary judgment because there existed a genuine issue of material fact making summary judgment improper.
